"I would donate $50 towards the award."

The idea is worth kicking around. The only thing I don't like is the above. It seems like for the most part it is the same group of people stepping forward to donate for various causes. It would be nice to see some fresh faces stepping up for a change.

I might take some heat for saying that, but I can handle it. Plus it is how I have felt for a while now. And I know the economy is rough. But there are a number of people in the with big pockets, that could very well afford to step up every now & then.
