The year that this was done & the chip was put in The Chip Rack, I was waiting on a delivery of Chip racks to sell. This was the day before the convention started here in Las Vegas at the Tropicana. Allan Myers contacted me & said that The Chip Racks were being delivered directly to the Tropicana. So, he had me meet him there early in the morning. It was too early to get them wherever the Tropicana had them in storage. So, Allan & I walked around.

On a side note, Allan's knowledge of Nevada chips is second to none. The Tropicana had Steve Cutler's Museum there at that time. Allan & I walked through there & he had information about EVERY chip on display. And there were a LOT of chips there.

Anyway, we then decided to go to breakfast. It was about a two hour breakfast & we talked about a lot of things. Then Allan brings up the subject of how interesting it was that a $1 Sands Arodie was discovered. I said... "Allan, did you get that information off of The Chip Board AND put it in The Chip Rack?" He said that he had. Well, I replied that it was a joke that Greg had pulled. Allan's jaw dropped a bit & I could not help but laugh.

When I told Greg the story later that day he almost fell on the floor laughing! Andy - Las Vegas
