(NCR) = Not Chip Related

I acquired this patch recently and have been unable to learn anything about its significance. It appears to be along the lines of other crudely made patches I have seen from the Vietnam era. However, even my old Air America contacts have not seen it.

Anyone know who the "7203rd Bottom Bangers" were?
