For those not familiar with Sierra Leone (myself included), "Sierra Leone, on the Atlantic Ocean in West Africa, is half the size of Illinois. Guinea, in the north and east, and Liberia, in the south, are its neighbors. Mangrove swamps lie along the coast, with wooded hills and a plateau in the interior. The eastern region is mountainous. Constitutional democracy."

I would like to send Ms. Spragg off with an additional $200 on her next visit in November. I am going to put up several auctions until I hit my goal. These will be a different type of auction. I will post an item, and if I like the bid, it will be . If I consider the bid a little short, I will say "Please try again". If someone outbids you in the meantime, then they take the item.
