Turned away when I ask him for help. I once sent him some chips and he checked them out for me to see if they were real or not and then sent them back. He has traded with me on so many occasions so I could get the chips I wanted. Each one of us could go on and on all night & day telling how wonderful Greg was!! I love my personal chips and I am so Thankful I have these!!!! My wife & I never got to meet any of you but you all are "My Family". Mark
