Patti; There was NO CCCGTCC when I became President of it! Two years collecting 2700 cards is plenty of qualification. All you need is a burning desire and in interest in collecting and you're hooked. So perhaps Pres or VP isn't to your liking. How about Secretary/Treasurer? A small chapter doesn't need separate Secretary AND Treasurer posts. Maybe Scalzo would be interested in one of the top positions? Do you still want me to insert the survey in the RR's to be returned to you and worry about filling the officer slots later?
