In 1976, Harvey's issued one of the first Bicentennial chips. In over a period of two months... and as a very young man; our own renowned CCGTCC Nevada Historian, cataloger, author and educator, Howdy Herz, packaged about 2,000 of these new and unused chips for sale in the gift shop by putting them in a special die-cut paper folder along with a Bicentennal $2 bill... I offered this package for sale in 1996, with it's original purchase invoice!
