Its too bad that the signs that would have given him away dont get seen until its too late- a relatively new seller with 30 some feedback, that just joined 2 months ago suddenly has 250+ items for sale.

Its a sure bet he doesnt live anywhere near Tampa (or anywhere else in the US) in reality. At least if Paypal actually makes good on their buyer protection, Paypal's lawyers will be making a VERY active effort to find this scumbag.
