Showboat-Las Vegas was sold to a private group called VSS Enterprises (I think VSS are the initials of the 3 partners' names). Deal closed a few months ago. They have 1 year to keep the Showboat name, then changing to a "Spanish Ocean" theme, whatever that means. Harrah's, which owned Showboat-Las Vegas before selling to VSS, is keeping the Showboat in Atlantic City, so they wanted to keep the Showboat name. The news story is at:

The Lady Luck Corporation was purchased by Isle of Capri (a public company). Until recently the Lady Luck Corporation owned the various riverboat Lady Luck's but did NOT own the original Lady Luck-Las Vegas. However, the Lady Luck-LV is now being purchased by the Lady Luck Corporation Prior to the acquisition of all the Lady Luck's into Isle of Capri. I haven't heard if they will keep the Lady Luck name at some or all properties, or is all will be renamed Isle of Capri. A change of chips & tokens is likely, however, I assume.
