.... A guy was killed on a motorcycle a few days ago.... A person(s) stopped to steal his wallet (Which was laying on the highway). Two hours later they had store cameras recording the faces of the black man and woman using the stolen credit cards at a couple of stores. THAT is the WORST of the WORST.
