Do you have a link that you can post to the "Casino's web page" that you are looking at? The small crown chips were made from 1950 until 1978 and I do not think that there are too many casinos that still have small crown chips on their tables. From what I have been told, the Playfair Club was just that, an unlicensed club that operated circa 1960.
