Hi. Ok here is what happened briefly: couple weeks ago I changed over to a google image manager; for the lack of a better description. It was too controlling of what I wanted so I removed it. Now, when I want to edit a picture that I have stored in my file folders, when I double click it, it takes me to Paint. I would like to be able to compress for email, or make it smaller to transfer up to photo bucket, etc...as I used to; before google, any one have any idea what I am talking about... appreciate any help.
