Mike - a friend of mine who lives in Stafford Township, NJ had turned her yard into a haven for birds quite a few years ago. A local paper had run an article on her property and I believe was designated a Santuary by the State or town, etc. I sent her a link to your picture... she said she never saw anything like it and her last two hummingbirds left a couple of days ago for the South. Thanks for your explanatiion. I will forward that to her also.
