You can contact Bud Meyer and see if he has a card for them (he has many of the Portland Card Co. records). He will charge you a bit for the id though. I don't have his e-mail address, but others on this board do.

I have no idea about value, but I would be very surprised if you could sell a 500 chip set of generic chips for $5 apiece. You may check on Chip Talk about that.
