they aren't made for customer use so they dodn't produce that many. They are created to make it easier for the dealers to pull money from the table for the drop. They only produce a limited number of them. If all of them go away, they'll run short. They do the different denoms ($3.00 or $4.00 etc) for the paticular game i.e. 2-4 game, 3-6 game)
