Horizon’s Edge Casino Cruise LLC filed Monday to liquidate under Chapter 7 of the bankruptcy code.
The Lynn, Mass.-based operator of ocean gambling cruises stated its assets are valued at less than $50,000 and its liabilities between
$500,001 and $1 million. Specific schedules of creditors had not been filed as of late Monday.
