I recently purchased a chip on eBay that was not the one pictured in the listing. After sending a few emails and perhaps (one can never be really sure) educating the seller on the importance of overall condition to the value of each chip, the seller refunded the purchase price and shipping BOTH ways. I insisted on that, and the seller was willing. This has happened to me before, and I'm in complete agreement with some of the other posters...one cannot ask too many questions or communicate too much.
