I agree that he shoould wait a little to see if the seller does the right thing. But on the other hand by mentioning the sellers name it warns others what to watch out for and also maybe others will come forward with the same problem.

I wish I had read about Scott Pereli prior to doing business with him only to learn later on others had the same problem.
