I don't think it proper to mention the seller's name since we do not know all the facts; such as the scan could have been a representation of several exaples being sold... or that perhaps the seller simply forgot to scan the chip he was selling.

Whatever, I suggest you simply treat the gig as if it were you on the other side w/o giving the seller a bad mark this early...
