Has anyone had a problem with a seller selling chips on

that don't match the scan in their auction? I received a chip today that clearly doesn't match the scan. The scan shows cross hatching on the chip. The chip I received is as smooth as a baby's behind. The inserts don't even line up in the locations that it shows in the scan. I emailed the seller and stated the facts I just mentioned. Now, the seller does take returns but the buyer pays for return shipping and this is what upsets me. Return shipping will only cost $1.22, no big deal. I asked if he was a member of the

. No, I didn't pay a huge amount for this chip but it's the integrity of the seller that p$sses me off. I just wanted to vent and thanks for any input.
