Frontier Nights is/was a huge yearly celebration in Cheyene.
I am not sure what the chips were used for. Others have said/speculated that they were used in Las Vegas style fun nite games. Others have said used in a card room.
Michael Knapp may see this and have more info. I also have crest & seals with same logo and wording.
