...involved in the raffle. It can be a 'member-helping-member' raffle. The only concern is that ALL raffle participants be eligible ON THE DATE SET FOR THE DRAWING. Several 'member-helping-member' raffles can be run during a calendar year with one of the the drawings held at the annual convention. As Ellen asked, 'where do I send my money'.
