The Club doesn't have to be involved until the winner is selected. The raffle can have a date set as the date that ALL participants must have at least 3 years membership under their belt. As they come in, the raffle monitor can check with Steve Bedo to verify that the participants meet the criteria of 3-year membership. If the money taken in doesn't cover the winner's life membership dues, that person can be given the option of providing the needed funds or the raffle can be extended. Just a few thoughts to ponder.
