These were promotional chips. When Ross and I were at Excalibur I was standing in line at the cashier cage when I saw a young couple at the cage. They each walked away with what looked like about 10 of these chips each. To make a long story short, we went out after them and found them at a roulette table playing them on red/black. I talked to them to buy the chips and they said they were a promotion to get them into the casino. They had already played some. I was able to buy 6.

I put one in my collection, one sold on Ebay, one reserved for a buddy, one done as an second chance offer, and one on ebay right now. I have one left.
