This advertising postcard, from July, 2008, depicts some NCVs from the Hilton. TCR 11 includes the shown 25 and none of the others. Looking at the artwork here, only the 25 and 100 have a mold (RHC).

Interesting to note that only the 25 and 100 have the Resorts International logo on the inlays.

So, my question is... Do we know if the higher denominations (500, 1000 and 5000) are actual, or just artistic license? (Ditto for the 100.)
