Clearly, if the Club has chips to auction, eBay is the place to do it. However, an eBay seller must be a real person, rather than merely a fictitious legal entity. There must be a designated seller or auction broker for the Club's property to be auctioned.

With the Club member's overall disdain for eBay rules (I know that's a generalization, but you know who and what I'm talking about), it will be interesting to see if whoever proposes this and is the designated seller will play by eBay's rules, or is the club going to be a Maverick seller right off the bat?
