ok so now the dealers set up there own tables but.......
the last thing that goes on the table is the sign telling the dealer where he is.
Now you need Wayne or someone to take the dealer by the hand and show him where to set up.
Only those that have paid for them get the display cases... and the keys to the cases have to be controlled. Picture the mass confusion if the dealers pick up there own.
The charge to set up and tearb down the tables was $500.00
TOTAL
(IMHO) money well spent. One less thing for the volunteers to do.
Wayne has appointed a well qualified setup/teardown chair. Now all we need are 7-8 volunteers to fill out the committee.
