Don, The "small" quantity that are left over after the collectors buy them, can be used like any other chip, which I have no trouble understanding. A chip is a chip, is a chip. My question is: after they are sold to collectors, are the remainder of the chips put into the dealers rack & does anybody who is not a collector ever get to use them?
