According to initial reports by Wayne Parry of the Associated Press, Revel Entertainment signed a deal for $1.7 billion in funding to complete their Atlantic City casino project, the story also said that the Chinese Government would own 51% of the Atlantic City casino property, however not long after that story was released Revel countered and said NOT SO FAST!! issuing a press release saying that they did not sign a deal with the communist Chinese state for funding to complete the Atlantic City casino project, that they will seek funding in the 4th Quarter of this year from other outside sources.
