The Camel, Hollywood Park, NOP and M are not personals. The slabfree chip was created by club members, but it is not specific to any member, but a group who wanted to keep slabs out of the hobby. Is it a personal chip? I wouldn't call it that, but I'm sure some others would. Some may insist on the name of a chip collector on it. Others wouldn't. As with many things in this hobby, it's up to you. It's your collection. You make the rules what fits in, what is labeled a personal, etc.
