I'd say the major [combined] overseas marketplace that was once coin shows in Western Europe has dwindled a bit since eBay.
I still find it strange that jurisdictions having a rich gaming history have not picked up more interest in the hobby thru the years... but do see where there are some "buying groups" who are middlemen for otherwise low-keyed collectors still not willing to surface/mingle, openly.
American illegal gambling establishments' interest is still highest in the UK, and may be at a level slightly higher than wet chips...
Most of what's been sold/traded from my French/Belgian collection since the late-90s has been with Europeans and those living on the American East and West coasts have bought more than traded... with very little between.
Is anyone doing anything within China? Like with Walmart employees... ?
