Some new "bad guy" categories for the LIST:

o Casinos that charge over face value for chips
o Casinos that have unfair distribution policies for their new chips
o Non-casinos that produce chips that have no use other than as collectibles in order to take advantage of chip collectors
o Chip collectors who get mad at a "bad guy" and use language to express their anger that would not be fit in "proper society" <VBG>

To make it perfectly clear, the last category was meant as a JOKE.
