Yes, I know that, Rich. While I was on vacation my University guru was supposed to have cleaned up my Adobe. I first tried scanning using the Adobe software and that resulted in a gray pic. So I then used the HP scanJet software and what you saw is what I got. My guru tells me to transport the ScanJet image to Paint and that will work. If I can figure out how to do that will try. But I am p....d that Adobe doesn't function correctly.
