The issue of the Trop being sold, imploded, etc has not been overlooked. If the decision is made to pursue the Trop I can assure you that we intend to get some solid assurance that we don't have to worry about those issues.

The RUMOUR I heard while at the Trop this year was that they are getting ready to start an expansion. This would solve the implosion question but bring up another. Will the new construction affect the Convention facilities?

Something that would have to be addressed.
