I'm divorced; my kids have absolutely no interest in chip collecting; thus, I stand to gain nothing by proposing that the chippers with families who are members of the club should get in on a spousal/kid break. But let's not get into the Republican/Congress v. Democratic/Clinton thing. We really aren't talkig big bucks here.
