I think that you may be correct, David. When I started collecting
in 1983, there were only a few others that I knew of, Seymour, Lewin,
Herz, Jensen, Passalacqua and Landau, among them. Dale Seymour lives
a few miles from Menlo Park and had his business there. Without knowledge
of the Menlo Social Club, Dale assumed that Menlo Park was the location
and it was accepted by collectors since. I will contact Dale to get his
opinion on the possibility of the San Francisco location.
