My dad had open heart surgery after he fell and blacked out a few months ago. He has been repaired but is living life a bit more adventurously these days. He went out a bought a red, Thunderbird Convertible and wants to get vanity plates. His name is Phil and he is a retired police officer. Will offer up a chip for the best vanity plate suggestion....
