My intention is neither to offend or scare you or any other member off. If ANYONE has a problem with the club, any aspect of the convention, or the magazine, because this is YOUR club, criticizing volunteers for what went or goes wrong is counterproductive. If there is a problem, ask what can I do to make it right!

That is all I'm saying. Don't run from the problem. Now that it's been indentified, just volunteer to make sure it doesn't happen in the future. Wayne and Belinda couldn't handle EVERYTHING. They were responsible for working with over 90 dealers, the club table, the auction, the seminars, the officer, registration, the hotel, etc.

I'm sure Wayne and Belinda would love to delegate more duties to volunteers who take the lead. I've said it before and I'll continue to say it, "Ask not what the club can do for you, ask what you can do for the club!"
