Hi Charles,
We understand that you mean well and you're
concerned for yourself as well as others, but any
such list as you propose comes too close to being a
list of persons who have been censured and are being
discriminated against. You would be suggesting they
be refused consideration in the marketplace, more or
less; similar to what a "Blacklist" would suggest,
and close to what was done in pre-WWII Europe. It's
not healthy and you're asking for trouble. I
suggest such information regarding results of
individuale business transactions be left to eBay
and in the same manner where both sides of a
transaction can be discussed and in open
view...IMHO.
