I wouldnt worry too much about brand, just...
Find a tire that has a 40k or more mileage warranty and you will be ok. Many tire shops offer free rotation and flat repairs for the life of the tires. Some sell am extended warranty that offer complete tire replacement VS prorated life replacement when there is non repairable damage. You can try Costco, Also Ask about the advantages of putting a wider tire on the rim as there are a few size options that will give a smoother ride, ect ect. 235/70/17. you will see this when they refer to a tire and the first number, my example is 235 is the width or how wide, the 2nd size 70 is the tire height and the last number, 17 refers to the size of the rim and that number will always be used on your rim/wheel size but the 1st two numbers can change a little if you pick a wider or taller tire. Hope that didnt confuse. John
