...here's an interesting story for you. In the early 80's I flew into Pittsburgh one afternoon during a thunderstorm (for a change). I picked up my rental car and drove toward downtown. I was halfway through the Fort Pitt tunnel when the lights went out. There I was in a rental car going 50 mph in total darkness with no other cars around and no idea where the headlight switch was. That's about as scared as I've ever been in my life.
