Can anyone tell me how to determine what condition is graded on chips and tokens. I have a varied assortment of chips and tokens from Colorado and Las Vegas and I do not know what is considered good?, excellent?, fair? poor? condition. Is there a certain criteria to determine what is the above? I realize "mint" would be un-used but that is all I know. I am a new collector and just starting out.
