Neither one of the above statements is true. USC will be nowhere near the power house of the past few years. And ND will not suck anywhere near as much as they have the last couple of years. There is a very good chance that ND wins that game, considering that they have home field advantage. I will bet 3 $5 chips though, ONLY I will go by the point spread the day before the game. I think you meant you will take ND & not USC. Correct? You want ND plus 7 1/2? Otherwise you are not as big a ND fan as I thought.
