John,

I am retired, am 73 years old and I have only Medicare A & B, no other insurance since I retired from private company. Medicare coverage alone that I have I am already in the "death valley". I will be lucky if I can walk the line.

Tax my right pocket to pay some my left pocket - I loss in this arithmetic. This is the "change" I can change but to accept - which does not mean I surrender. I might prolong my life by "forced cooperation" than die sooner by fighting the system. Move to Scotland - the compassionate country?

Am I "in" the 47M?

Am I "in" the 20M?

Where am I?

One thing I know that they will tax my Medicare to pay some of the "heathcare" system in the public option, so I will be subsidising the expenses of the healthcare?
