REUTERS- In a press release the attorney for Richard Reed also known as the ‘Shoe Bomber’ for attempting to destroy a commercial aircraft in-flight by detonating explosives hidden in his shoes has had his life sentence commuted by President Obama . The Shoe Bomber, who has a severe case of Athlete’s Foot , was freed by Obama on compassionate grounds after serving only seven years. The deal was struck by Reed’s attorney to help promote Obama’s Health Care Reform bill. The Shoe bomber will promote the bill and receive free cans of Tinactin foot spray.
