The chip shown is TCR N2494, a $100 Non Negotiable chip. It is missing the color of the denom in TCR. According to my eye it is black, with about a 50% screen, so it looks grey. This was likely done so the blue NON REDEEMABLE legend doesn't get obscured by the denom. The mold is Paul-son H&C long cane (not C&J).

TCR lists this as an "I" value but I believe it is scarcer than that. I have collected both Sahara and no cash value chips for quite a few years and this is the first one I've seen. This chip sold on eBay last week for a little over $100. It's also brand new, so here's hoping somebody hasn't started to sell off a box of them [g].
