What if one of these "thickest" eBay bidder's you refer to REALLY does bid $4,600 thinking he will use them for a special event since they are in nice uncirculated condition & then cash them in after the event. I agree it might NEVER happen, but if it happens just ONCE that is too much. I agree there is a bigger picture here as *I* am the one who made the first post. That does not mean that "the use of the term "face value", there would be no issue" as you wrote should be overlooked................Andy - Las Vegas
