The answer: zero. The White House/Administration has not drafted a plan for consideration by Congress. Most attention is being focused on the House plan, and there is a different plan in the Senate. Ordinarily an Administration would draft its own Bill and have it submitted in both houses simultaneously. This Administration has talked generally about its "plan" and what it supports, but it has been a moving target. When people have criticized the House Bill, the President has conveniently said that those characteristics are not in "his" plan. While it is quite possible that he would sign either Bill into law (assuming both houses can come to agreement), he has never allowed himself to be nailed down on the specific language of his plan. And isn't the actual language of any law the most important thing?
To answer the "SOCIALISM" poster question, I do not think that calling someone a Socialist or coloring his image to look like the Joker is racist, even if the person is only half white.
