I may have an opportunity to get a Silver Slipper Black $5 chip DieCar. I believe it is N9117 in the TCR valued at X, of course that is the old TCR. It appears to be in pretty good condition but at the bottom there are a couple nicks, not real small but not real big either. I know this does not help much without the scan but can you tell me with them nicks how much value will it lose. What is a good price to buy this chip for?
