NCR, Computer Email Question.....

I use Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003 and the Microsoft OutLook (with Service Pack 3) that is part of the package. My last computer died and I had to (with ya’lls help) copy a file from my old computer to the new one so I could save my contacts. Also the new computer uses Vista now not XP Pro. It worked.

The problem is that MOST emails I try to respond to or even NEW emails come back with the error message that it could not be delivered. I use mwpoole@poolenet.com and that address is the problem one, I also use mwpoole@gt.rr.com as a backup and it works fine.

When I write an email I click on ‘To:’ and my contacts list pops up, it is blank, but there is a second contacts list below it that is populated with names (the good one). I am wondering how to delete the blank list (unsuccessful so far) or to copy the good list to the blank one (unsuccessful so far at that too).

My thinking is that my email is set somehow to only sent to people in my contacts list and looks at the blank list. BUT the gt.rr.com address does not and sends the email. Any Ideas or fixes for this?
